Covid-19 Response

While Bento Chestnut Hill maintains our existing high standards of cleanliness through this time, we have increased disinfecting procedures to all high-touch surfaces with EPA approved cleaning products. To increase social distancing practices, rooftop terraces and common areas may have limited or restricted access. We’re encouraging our entire community, including guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices and asking any employee or partner who feels ill to stay home. We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance, information, protocols, and tools from government authorities, The World Health Organization and the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention to maximize the effectiveness of our response.


We’ve designed a residential cleaning program to prioritize your privacy and comfort. We’ve also provided you with the cleaning essentials and tools for those unexpected messes or if you prefer to handle things yourself. 


In an effort to reduce contact a refresh is provided on stays on the 5th night replacing used towels and emptying trash. Full-service cleaning is provided every 7th day. Guests must be vacated from the room during cleaning. Please contact the front desk during business hours for a refresh on towels if additionally needed.


Please know, for the health and safety of our guests and staff, rooms will not be reoccupied sooner than 72 hours following a previous guest check out.


Valet parking services have been suspended – self parking is available at no charge.
