Vinyasa Yoga with Hola Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous style of yoga that links breath and movement and often referred to as a “moving meditation.” This dynamic and energizing flow class will focus on building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.
Khrystyne Baltodano is the founder of Hola Yoga in East Nashville and will be teaching our afternoon Vinyasa Yoga class. Hola Yoga is founded on the premise that the best yoga is simple, and they take a ‘less is more’ approach.
All levels are welcome. Mats are limited, please bring your own if you have one.
