Bento Bootcamp is a full-body conditioning workout that combines strength training, plyometrics, and high-intensity interval training to keep the heart-rate up and build muscle. This small group class combines the motivation of a group setting with the individualized attention of a personal training session. Every class is different so be prepared to be challenged! All fitness levels are welcome!
