Bento Bootcamp with Allison

Bento Bootcamp is a full body conditioning workout that combines strength training, plyometrics, and high-intensity interval training to keep the heart-rate up and build muscle. All levels are welcome. Classes are complimentary to guests of BentoLiving Chestnut Hill. Reserve you’re spot at the front desk!
I got my start in fitness way back in high school. I worked out at a local gym in the summer to keep in shape for cheerleading and track. Over time, I fell in love with the gym and creating workouts for me and my friends. Throughout college and after, the gym always remained the place that made me feel at home, confident, and creative. Years later and many, many workouts later, I decided to make the jump to full time personal training.
