  • What is Chestnut Hill? A Hotel? A Vacation Rental? An Apartment?

    Our flex-stay residences and modern event spaces offer contemporary accommodations with boutique amenities and authentic neighborhood experiences. We develop sustainable designs and service methods focused on conserving resources and maximizing space. BentoLiving is designed for people on the go who value experience over ownership and who live, work, and play in multiple locations throughout the year.

  • Is staying at Chestnut Hill like living at home?

    Whether you are traveling for work, pleasure, or something in between, our thoughtfully designed spaces are curated to make you feel right at home. All our residents have access to state-of-the-art appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a high-quality, flat-screen cable TV. Feel at home immediately with cooking and cleaning essentials including oil, coffee, tea, and laundry detergents. We offer a range of on-demand services, including dry cleaning, daily housekeeping, secure package receiving, meal delivery, and spa services (coming soon).

  • What is the difference between Stay and Live?

    Stay means you’re with us less than 30 days and paying a nightly rate. Live means you’re here more than 30 days, signing a (flexible) monthly lease at a fixed rate. Whether you’re staying with us or living with us, your experience at Chestnut Hill remains the same!

  • Does Chestnut Hill offer weekly or monthly rates?

    Chestnut Hill offers nightly rates up to 30 days. For reservations over 30 days, you’ll be offered a discounted monthly rate.

  • What level of customization can occur for corporate accounts or individuals?

    When we say we’re a flex-stay residence, we mean it. Our staff is happy to work with you or your company to find a solution that fits your unique needs.

  • Is there daily house keeping?

    Residents will receive two deep cleans per month. Additional cleans are available upon request, for a small fee.

  • Are there full kitchens in all rooms?

    All units come with fully furnished kitchens. Kitchen essentials include multifunctional kitchenware and utensils, including Japanese steel chef knives. Feel at home immediately with included cooking and cleaning essentials including oil, coffee, tea, and dish detergents.

  • How do I enter the room?

    Secure access fobs and cards make entry seamless. Access your room through our main Lobby as well as resident only access points as a quick short cut.

  • Is parking included?

    Each lease includes one parking space in our automated parking structure.

  • Can I bring my pets?

    Absolutely! We are pet friendly. There is a pet deposit for incidentals.

  • How do I earn my rent back?

    If you know you will be out for a length of time, we will sublet your space for you. You can earn 75% of the rented income and we will manage and maintain everything for you while you are away.

  • Why book direct?

    Booking direct ensures full transparency into rates, fees and holds. No pre-payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • Check In / Out Times

    Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.

  • Early Arrivals and Late Departures

    Both can be accommodated, depending on availability. Some fees may apply.

  • Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

    A credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation. No charges will occur unless there is a no show in which case the guest will incur a one-night room and tax charge.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • Smoking Policy

    Smoking is prohibited inside all parts of Chestnut Hill.

  • Quiet Hours

    For the respect of your neighbors, as well as ours, please try to limit loud noises after 10pm.

  • Can I request extra beds?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer additional beds.

  • Do you have recommended things to do?

    Our full-time staff are highly trained neighborhood experts committed to excellence and personalized service. Along with local recommendations, we also love to entertain — we host local musicians, wellness workshops, and shopping experiences, all with an uncomplicated, welcoming approach.

  • I have packages I need delivered, how do I send in advance or during my stay?

    We offer Parcel Pending, a package delivery service that securely stores your packages until you are ready to pick them up.
